4. Payments and Fees

All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout.

We accept payments through Kajabi Payments and/or Stripe.

By purchasing a course, you agree to pay the full price of the course at the time of purchase.

If you select a payment plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the scheduled dates until the full amount has been paid.

Failure to complete payment may result in the termination of your access to the course.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our Master Mandarin Pronunciation Course, provided that your viewing progress is below 30% of the total video content. If you are not satisfied within 14 days and have watched less than 30%, you may request a full refund.

Digital downloads (PDF products) are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided on this Website, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, PDFs, quizzes, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of AnnyChinese and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Conduct

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and courses if we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an opportunity to remedy the breach where appropriate.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnnyChinese and supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
