1. Digital Products Policy
All products sold on this website, including but not limited to video courses, downloadable PDF materials, and subscription-based content, are digital goods. Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the content has been delivered or accessed.

2. Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. Refunds or credits may be considered, at our sole discretion, under the following conditions:

· Duplicate payment due to technical error (proof required).
· Access failure where we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days and you have not accessed any course materials.
